Can I get a refund after payment?
Disclaimer*- The Refund policy is applicable only if you receive a damaged product or else you receive a different product than what you ordered.
Yes, you can get a refund after payment. To initiate a Refund:

A proper unboxing video of the product is mandatory:

The video must start before the package is opened.
The video must have:
- The outer packaging with the shipping label visible.
- The entire unboxing process.
- The product you receive from the parcel, then highlighting the issue, such as damage to the cloth, design, or receiving a different product than what you ordered.

Without an unboxing video, your exchange request will be rejected.
Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged product or are not satisfied with the quality of a product, you may initiate an exchange request within 3 days of the purchase date.

Exchange requests must be applied within THREE DAYS of delivery.

A handling and shipping charge of ₹150 is applicable for all exchanges.
This amount must be paid online in advance, or can be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) when you get your exchanged product. -
The return product must be:
- unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange is applicable only for damaged or defective items.
- Exchanges are only allowed for products of the same or higher value. The exchange item must be equal to or greater in price than the product you are returning.
Exchange Policy Guidelines:

Please make sure that the original packaging is intact when the product is picked up.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable for your exchange request.

Cancellations of the order will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would apply to that order.
Exchange requests won’t be permitted on:

Orders that have a discount code applied to them.

On items that are stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

Any products that were damaged by the customer are not exchangeable.

Orders that are personally customized for you.

Products sold during a clearance sale, a festival sale, an offer, or a sale with a coupon.
Exchange and return policy guide:
All payments will be processed within four working days and will only be paid via NEFT. Payments received by COD will be refunded through Mobile Wallets like GPay, PhonePe & Paytm.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the paid amount will be reversed back into our Bank Account.
