Refund policy

Exchnage and Refund policy :

Returns and refunds are only available in case of damaged products.

To initiate an Refund, a proper unboxing video is mandatory.
Please note:

The video must start before the package is opened.

It must clearly show:
- The outer packaging with the shipping label visible
- The entire unboxing process
- The product received, highlighting the issue (if any)

Without an unboxing video, your exchange request will be rejected.


Eligibility for Exchange :

- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

- A handling and shipping charge of ₹150 is applicable for all exchanges.
This amount must be paid online in advance or can be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) during the exchange delivery.


- The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Exchange is applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

- Exchanges are only allowed for products of the same or higher value. The exchange item must be equal to or greater in price than the original product.


if You Receive Damaged Product or you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you have received, you may initiate a exchange request within 3 days of the purchase Receive. To be eligible for a exchange, the product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

  2. However, a ₹150 shipping charge is applicable for every exchange request. This fee covers logistics and handling costs involved in processing the exchange.

  3. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  4. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  6. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  7. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  8. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

 

No Exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Personalized products/services customized to your specifications
  • Orders that have a discount code applied to them.
  • Returns and exchanges are not permitted on items that are expressly stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
  • Any products that were damaged by the customer are not or exchangeable.

Product sold during a clearance sale, a festival sale, an offer, or a sale with a coupon is not accepted for return.

The following procedures apply to refunds:

All payments will be processed within four working days and will only be paid via NEFT. Payments received by COD will be refunded through Mobile Wallets like GPay , PhonePe & PayTm.

CANCELLATIONS BY KHARIDARI

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank Account.
